Mission Statement Integral's Mission is to help you with all of your technology needs so that you can concentrate on what you do best: your business. About Integral Integral is a multi-award winning IT Consulting firm based in Naperville, founded in June 1989. For over 25 years we have been helping companies make the best use of their technology. We have provided IT Consulting services for many different industries including local businesses, commercial banks, nationwide automotive service chain, local and county government, restaurants, manufacturers, and even an Indy Car Race team. Integral became a computer reseller since 1993. Computer retailers are often difficult to work with. We wanted to be able to provide much better service to our customers and it just wasn't possible when we went through other dealers - particularly when there was a problem with the equipment. In many cases, our hands were tied and we had to wait helplessly while a dealer decided what they were going to do about the situation. In August 1995, we incorporated as "Integral Corporation". The incorporation was the beginning of a major growth phase for Integral. Previously, we operated as a virtual company with multiple sub-contractor consultants. Integral began hiring full time consultants and bringing talent in house. Today, Integral has a staff of 4 and has had as many as 13 employees for some of our larger projects. Integral president Sun Kwok has spoken before the Illinois CPA Society twice, in August 1996 and August 1997, for their annual Business and Technology show, reflecting Integral's increased presence in the Chicago market and professional reputation. He was also selected as "Entrepreneur of the Week" by WGN-TV, for a show that aired on January 23, 1999. In May 2002, Integral won the prestigious 2002 Small Business of the Year Award in the Technology Category from the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. In April 2003, the Business Ledger awarded Integral the 2003 Annual Award for Business Excellence. We have received many additional awards since then. Today, Integral provides a wide range of PC, networking, support, and Internet services that are unrivaled by most other consulting firms.
